3. Product Information & Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will offer suitable alternatives or initiate a refund.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Variations in design, color, size, or decoration may occur due to handcrafting and customization.
4. Order Placement & Payment
Orders must be placed through our official website or contact channels.
We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and third-party platforms such as Razorpay, PhonePe, and GPay.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.
5. Delivery Policy
We offer same-day and scheduled deliveries in select serviceable areas. While we strive to deliver within your chosen time slot, external factors such as traffic or weather may cause delays.
Delivery Options:
Morning Delivery: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Standard Delivery: Any 4-hour time slot
Express Delivery: Within 1–2 hours
Midnight Delivery: 11:00 PM – 11:59 PM
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid failed or delayed deliveries.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Orders for perishable items such as cakes and flowers cannot be canceled or refunded once dispatched.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Customization & Messages
Custom messages and design instructions can be added during checkout.
While we strive for accuracy, 100% replication of customized designs or color tones is not guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
